Sri Sri Ram Navami festival is very very special in Vrindavan. Because it is on that day during 1975 Srila Prabhupada, for the transcendental benefit of ISKCON devotees and all the other pilgrim, made the grand installation and opening of Sri Krishna Balram Mandir.              As a part of the Post Gaurpoornima Festival 2010, on the 12th and 13th March 2010, Krishna Balram Mandir organized a Yatra to Karouli and Jaipur to have darshan of the orinigal deities of Sri Radha Madanmohan. Sri Radha Govinda Dev,Sri Radha Gopinath,Sri Radha Damodar,Sri Radha Vinod,Sri Radha Vrindavanchandra.                 As detailed over earlier, the post Gaur Poornima festival commenced on 4th March 2010. Hundreds of devotees from all over the world arrived in Vrindavan for this festival. On the 4th devotees went on parikrama to the seven main temples in Vrindavan installed by the Goswamis. This and all other parikramas were lead by HH Jananand Swami Maharaj and HH Prabhodananda Saraswati Swami Maharaj. On the 5th the parikrama went to BARSANA the holy abode of Srimati RadhaRani and the 6th there was a boat festival in Yamuna. On the 7th the parikrama went to Gokul and on the 8th to Nandagaon. On the 9th the devotees all did the Govardhan parikrama.

           On 28th of February 2010, Sri Sri Krsna Balaram Mandir celebrated the festival of Gaura Purnima, the appearance day of Lord Caitanya in a grand manner. This is one of the most important festivals for Gaudiya vaishnavas. Lord Sri Caitanya Mahäprabhu, the great apostle of love of God and the father of the congregational chanting of the holy name of the Lord, advented Himself at Sri-dham Mayapur, a quarter in the city of Navadvipa in Bengal, on the Phalguna Purnima evening in the year 1486 AD.
